Roccat Teases with the Savu Gaming Mouse

Gaming peripherals major Roccat Studios released a teaser picture of its latest gaming mouse, the Roccat Savu. This mouse is designed to strike a functional balance between that makes it fit for various gaming styles (FPS thru RPG), and a size-balance that makes it perfect for various gripping styles. Entry-level gaming mice already accomplish some of that, but Roccat probably sensed that as you move up the price ladder, gaming mice tend to get more specialized in size and style. ASUS WX-Lamborghini Wireless Mouse Appears in Stores

ASUS detailed its WX-Lamborghini wireless mouse, which has been in cold-storage since September 2010, when it was first spotted. ASUS is an authorized manufacturer of Lamborghini-branded electronics, which has a line of high-end notebooks branded and inspired by the fast-car maker. Measuring 106.5 x 68 x 36 mm, the design of this mouse is inspired by the Lamborghini Concept S, the mouse uses 2.4 GHz wireless technology with a range of up to 10 meters from its receiver. The optical sensor's resolution can be set between 800 and 2,500 dpi. It has a total of 7 buttons, and a vertical scroll-wheel that's resembles the design of Lamborghini's stock wheel. It is retailing in Europe for around €38.

Gigabyte is releasing a new wireless gaming mouse, part of its Aivia series of gaming peripherals. The Aivia M8600 from Gigabyte lets you game on for 100 hours on full battery, and lets you hotswap it in as low as 2 seconds, thanks to its quick swap battery changing system. The M8600 sports an ambidextrous design with 7 buttons, a two-axis scroll-wheel, high-precision laser-based optical tracking (resolution not known), 32 KB of memory for storing button macro maps, and a dock for charging the battery. Gigabyte will unveil the Aivia M8600 and all other technical details at the upcoming CeBIT event, a little later this week.

Roccat Introduces Alumic Double Sided Mouse Pad For Both Speed and Control
